Because all Volumes authors' books and CDs are printed "on-demand" in response to orders, they are NOT sold on a refundable or returnable basis. You may only return an unread book or unopened CD, merchandise or art in its original condition if you received the wrong product or there was a manufacturing problem. You must return the product within 30 days of purchase of your order for a refund (credit) to your credit card. We will refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Items being returned must be:
Returned within 30 days of purchase.
Accompanied by a receipt, packing list, or other proof of purchase.
In saleable condition.
Please write the reason for return on the receipt you received with your order, put the receipt in the carton, and wrap the package securely.
